چکیده

The aim of this work is to investigate the degradation perovskite solar cells (PSCs) by means impedance spectroscopy, a highly sensitive characterization technique used establish electrical response device in nondestructive manner. In paper, PSCs with two different electron transport layers (ETLs) are studied: undoped SnO2 as an ETL compared composed graphene-doped (G-SnO2). Experimental data were collected immediately after fabrication and one week, monitoring both spectroscopy dark current-voltage (I-V) curves. It was observed that, case PSCs, affected AC behavior devices, modifying associated Nyquist plots, DC behavior, observable from I-V measurements. Conversely, G-SnO2 showed no variation. Considering quantitative analysis performed comparing parameters proper equivalent circuit model. results coherent those achieved analysis, thus proving that spectra, supported curves, allows gain deeper knowledge phenomena cells. This study opens door for further improvement these devices through better understanding their behavior.

Stability Issues on Perovskite Solar Cells

Organo lead halide perovskite materials like methylammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3) and formamidinium lead iodide (HC(NH2)2PbI3) show superb opto-electronic properties. Based on these perovskite light absorbers, power conversion efficiencies of the perovskite solar cells employing hole transporting layers have increased from 9.7% to 20.1% within just three years. Thus, it is apparent that pero...

Surface Recombination and Collection Efficiency in Perovskite Solar Cells from Impedance Analysis.

The large diffusion lengths recurrently measured in perovskite single crystals and films signal small bulk nonradiative recombination flux and locate the dominant carrier recombination processes at the outer interfaces. Surface recombination largely determines the photovoltaic performance, governing reductions under short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage. Quantification of recombination...

Cost‐Performance Analysis of Perovskite Solar Modules

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are promising candidates for the next generation of solar cells because they are easy to fabricate and have high power conversion efficiencies. However, there has been no detailed analysis of the cost of PSC modules. We selected two representative examples of PSCs and performed a cost analysis of their productions: one was a moderate-efficiency module produced from...

Study the Effect of Silicon Nanowire Length on Characteristics of Silicon Nanowire Based Solar Cells by Using Impedance Spectroscopy

Silicon nanowire (SiNW) arrays were produced by electroless method on polycrystalline Si substrate, in HF/ AgNO3 solution. Although the monocrystalline silicon wafer is commonly utilized as a perfect substrate, polycrystalline silicon as a low cost substrate was used in this work for photovoltaic applications. In order to study the influence of etching time (which affects the SiNWs length) on d...
